The Importance of your Mind and Soul Wellness
Just like a computer our brain stores vast amounts of information,
imputing and calculating on a daily basis it provides us with thinking, memory and higher states of experience, but what happens if too much data that has out lived its purpose starts affecting our brains capacity to function properly?
Does your mental system need rebooting?
Over the years, an emotional and mental sickness can take over the brain and its ability to evolve, causing us mental, emotional and spiritual illness.
An event and or crisis can affect the brain, a loss of a loved one, sadness in one’s self or our relationships, loss and disappointment can all contribute to brain malfunctioning.
Of course this does not even include the large amounts of people suffering from life-threatening illnesses, and or severe mental disorders.
Information or (old programs) that have become obsolete, outdated and no longer useful can take up too much space, slowing the brains functions and causing impairment and distress.
Programs based solely on survival mode ingrained in our psyche and reinforced in childhood can have major negative emotional affects that bring us down causing us to drown in our own habits and dysfunctions.
Stress and old habits can have debilitating and draining effects on our health, emotional, long term memory loss and dysfunctional and psychological disorders are some of the effects of an unhealthy brain.
Our brain, an organ created to retain and categorize information has the ability to be rebooted for new programs to be added and old files be deleted for optimum health. We can use the amazing capacity of our brains to dramatically change itself.
We are the victims of neural circuitry that is programmed into us from a young age, brainwashed by a society that seeks to enslave us and keep us from our true potential. Improving our core brain function begins with rewiring the circuits, just working towards these more advanced stages of development can greatly enhance our brains health and ability to raise our Consciousness.
We have been conditioned since birth, to prevent us from tapping into our uniqueness, and our gift from “Source”, keeping us bound in limited thought processes, negative belief systems, and fears about ourselves and our connection to humanity.
Keeping us restricted from Soul, stuck in old programs our brain has no room for growth and new thoughts and can make us mentally and emotionally sick. By staying locked in old patterns of behaviour we are limiting our potential, we are destined for evolving not decaying.
We can free our brains and create space by sending old programs and outdated information to the recycle bin. As our brain is vibrating to a higher frequency gathering new and healthy data , quietly unbeknownst to us our brains are actually sending old deleted files to the rubbish bin so we can free up space to learn new programs, ideas, and restore our well-being allowing us to evolve and reach higher states of Consciousness.
By discovering healthier environments, allowing for new experiences and fresh perspectives will greatly enhance our lives creating new memories, friends, routines, and reaching new goals we can slowly change and transform our thoughts that keep us stuck and trapped in a negative cycle.
Brain health is vital for human evolvement and advancement, by eating healthy, maintaining strong boundaries and seeking spiritual wisdom we can broaden our horizons, advance our Souls purpose and trust in life and humanity.
Just a simple step everyday can produce room for your brain to reprogram itself and by learning new skills and releasing and turning away from unhealthy practices, your brain can begin to reach its highest potential.
Everything begins and ends with our thoughts.
We can change our mindset and reprogram our brain by changing our perspective to any given situation we can see the greater good in every situation finding another way for our brain to see that situation and recognising every situation has a lesson and so by moving on from negative thoughts we can view life from a much happier perspective.
Our thinking has a great deal to do with our personal happiness.
Intentional Rituals Replacing Habits.
Below are some examples from my own personal experience that have helped me immensely through transformation

Begin something new each week, even something small like committing to trying a new activity you can enjoy on your own like a café or volunteering your time to the needy
Read a book, stimulate your mind

Experiment with new clothing
Discover a new gym or fitness routine- experiment monthly try swimming, yoga, Pilates or even boxing

Enrol in a dance, cooking, Art, and or theatre class creativity connects you to your joy.
“Feel the Fear and do it anyway”, (Author, Susan Jeffers) a wonderfully helpful book to read
Commit to your joys your creativity and your passions.
Discover mindfulness techniques, mantras and exercises
As old feelings come to the surface you may discover bottled feelings of old hurts, wounds, anger, guilt, shame and depression.
Thank these feelings! By allowing the feelings to be expressed they create healing to occur, they are all a part of our learning experience as a human.
Have fun, try new things, do not be afraid by the wonderful opportunities that are possible for YOU
Practice opening your Pineal Gland
Eating wholesome foods, include walnuts
Learning new skills, join a group or enrol in a course, any form of learning will enhance stimuli
Walk in nature, drink plenty of water, and feed your Soul
Relax, slow down and become centred using relaxation and meditation.
But ultimately try whatever works for you as everyone is different and healing occurs in many stages, please bear in mind that being kind to yourself, whilst going through this process is paramount. Most humans find change extremely challenging so by slowly incorporating new ideas, new habits and routines we can adjust and not become overwhelmed which can affect our ability to sustain the course.
We need time to adjust, stressing about your progress and feeling bad will only lead you to fall back to self-defeating habits and undo all the work you will do. Each time you make a small step forward your brain is rewiring itself and creating new circuitry into the cortex of your brain, there is no rush as transformation takes time and we are learning how to undo all the programs that our keep us chained and addicted and just like the caterpillar in its growing stage we must also spend time integrating, awakening, re-learning and recovering on the inside.
The time will come when we are ready to end one journey and begin another, but our brains must be ready for this new information to emerge and awaken within us, each one of us is responsible for human development and awakening, we must change our world from the inside first.
Attaining our highest possible level of brain health requires an approach that includes psycho-spiritual- (meaning- a protest against the reductive and materialist assumptions of mainstream behavioural and cognitive psychology and to seek to return to SOUL or psyche to psychology)
The brain and spirituality are connected, and by combining healthy thoughts, practices and holistic approaches we can maintain full wellness and higher states of being.
