Ruled by the Sun powerful and majestic Leo will be generating much enthusiasm, warmth and laughter into our lives from July 22 inviting us to set the stage and put on a showcase performance. Whilst the Sun in in Leo we are encouraged to rise to the challenge helping us to let go of our inner fears, be proud of our achievements, bring forth our creative individual ideas and shine our light. The energy directing us this month will motivate us to bring forth major changes in our lives whether relocating, changing jobs or committing to long term projects. The second New Moon in Cancer July 21 brings the beginning of a new chapter in our collective and personal development. This New Moon will be in opposition to Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter provoking intense feelings about our safety and belonging in the world.

Mercury will then be moving into Leo August 5 supporting us to confidently take charge of our lives. We now have five planets retrograde with Uranus joining the grand trine on August 15 this is an opportunity for humanity to collectively evolve and pay attention to our inner world, face our fears and shadow aspects and to transform to a higher consciousness. Mars in Aries retrograde suggests our assertion, perseverance, identity and nerve is limited especially with Chiron also in Aries. With Uranus in Taurus the full realisation of our power and how we can gain our personal independence to revolutionise that influence into a collective transformational and vibrational shift.

We may feel unable to express our true feelings, feel unprotected and fearful. The media, business, travel and higher education may also be in focus. Our intuition will be heightened before and during this time and we will also be very sensitive to major conflict. The New Moon may highlight any injustices especially that of institutions and authorities learning from the past is the key. We may feel the need to retreat, hide away and protect ourselves. Our projection on the world can be very subjective and emotionally unreliable. For some, the energy of this Moon could bring about more attention to issues of isolation and loneliness and may start to affect our emotional and mental well-being, not being able to see family members may also be a concern. Our faith is tested and we may feel lonely, disconnected, confused and insecure. Our head and heart may be in conflict producing disagreements in family relationships.
