It's Time To Go Back!

That’s rights it’s retrograde time again and this year we have a huge amount of powerful energies redirecting our path resulting in a resurrection and rebirth that leads us to new levels of awareness.

Retrograde planets are believed to more potent when retrograde because they are closest to the earth
and brightest in the sky, this is when their influence is at its greatest. A retrograde period is a cosmic invitation to revisit lessons and to revaluate our needs. This year we have a whopping five planets turning retrograde all of which will influence our lives in different ways ultimately leading to renewal and revival so please don’t panic!

Saturn Retrograde

Every year Saturn is one-third of the
time retrograde and this year it promises to be intensified. Serious Saturn
will begin its retrograde in Aquarius then moving back into firm Capricorn
where its influence will change the collective and shape the individual. As
Saturn rules social and political justice, policies, restrictions and
boundaries, challenges will be felt personally and globally. Issues in our
lives surrounding control, structures, institutions, lessons, authorities and
work will be in focus prompting a collective purging, elimination and removal
of any unyielding and formidable forces. Making mature decisions for our
future progress will bring lasting results.

Venus Retrograde

Will provide a chance to reconnect with loved
ones, re-establish our relationships and rediscover new ways to bond with our
partners. Learning to communicate effectively, speak our truth and allowing for
healthy debate will be effective in bringing the harmony we seek. Venus in
astrology rules love, beauty, romance, pleasure, the Arts and partnerships. Whilst
Venus is retro past lovers may return to reunite along with friends and family
members. Any issues left over may come up for a revaluation and healing, remembering
the past will guide us to rectify any problems and bring love and harmony. Our

fun with Venus in Gemini and we are usually turned on by the mind, we are seeking

Jupiter Retrograde

Expansive Jupiter will station retrograde on May 14 and
then station direct September 13. Jupiter spends four months retrograde each
year giving us an opportunity for a readjustment to our thoughts and ideas. Jupiter
rules over such things as philosophy, law, big business and wealth, religion,
publishing, long distant travel and foreign cultures. We will see these areas
being of major significance whilst in retrograde. Generational and political
values may differ and the inequality of wealth and power will be more
pronounced. Issues around leaders and the powers that be, will be more
emphasised and our belief systems will be challenged. Jupiter operates on a
large scale so some crisis could be completely blown out of proportion. Our
faith could be tested at this crucial time so we must use this opening to
reinvest in our spiritual and emotional needs. Learning from our elders, ancestors
and our past lineage is essential for further growth, expanding our thoughts,
raising our vibrations and rediscovering knowledge will be vitally important for
future generations even relearning how to work the land will become crucial. Is
it time to rebuild and start again? Whilst Jupiter remains in Capricorn a death
and rebirth is in the process for the re-establishment and rebuilding of our
world, we are required to empower rather than disempower for the ultimate in healing

Mercury Retrograde

This Mercury retrograde
will begin in Cancer June 18 bringing household matters to our attention. We
may need to reassure our family members and children with gentle communication.
Nurturing and destressing ourselves will assure peace and support. Mercury will
provide an opportunity to restore our health and home. Relaxation, cooking, renovating,
domestic comforts and loving care foster recovery and respite from the
sensitive concerns of the world.

Mars Retrograde

During this time Mars will be retrograde from September
10-November 14 ruling over our courage, anger, assertiveness, passion and
personal drives that could deplete our energy leaving us practically
unmotivated and obliged to complete tasks that seem to be taking its toll. Arguments
and aggressive tendencies could leave us feeling exhausted and discouraged. By
rebuilding our strength slowly, rediscovering our passions and restoring our vitality
we can recharge and reignite our passions, desires and motivations and confidently
recreate our future plans.

Neptune Retrograde

Trying to establish boundaries may be more difficult
whilst Neptune is retro from June 23-November 29 things may not be as they seem.
